For the best outdoor business portraits, we recommend scheduling your shoot before 11am or after 2:30pm to avoid the harsh midday sun. On overcast days, our favorite conditions, the clouds create a natural softbox effect for even lighting.
Yes – we offer a variety of package solutions, in addition to add on options. So even if you decide to go with our single-image session, additional images from your session can be added on for an additional fee. Any add-on photos will also include professional editing and will be delivered to you as hi-res digital file.
For individual headshot sessions, you can expect to receive your final images within 24-48 hours after your session. For larger groups, the turnaround time is typically between 72 hours to one week. However, we strive to deliver your images as quickly as possible without compromising quality, and your photographer will confirm the expected delivery time at the time of your appointment.
To express your professionalism or industry, we recommend bringing any accessories or props that you would like to include in your headshot. Additionally, we suggest bringing a few clothing options to choose from, such as a suit or dress, blouse or shirt, and any other attire that represents your brand and personal style.

Professional make-up is optional for women. If you’d like recommendations for local make-up artists, please contact us via email or phone. As for hair, we recommend wearing it in a style you can easily replicate, so feel free to be yourself!
Your final edited images will be delivered via email with a download link. This link provides you with future access to your images, and we will add any new images to this link as we create them for future orders. In some cases, certain email filters used by companies may block our emails. If this happens, we recommend reaching out to your IT department to whitelist our email address, ensuring that you can access your images without any issues.
Headshot sessions usually last between ten to fifteen minutes per person, per look, although the duration may vary based on the selected package type. It’s worth noting that in some cases, sessions may take even less time than the estimated duration. However, rest assured that we are committed to taking as much time as necessary to ensure that we capture the perfect images for you.
For each look, we typically take anywhere from 5 to 50 photos per person, depending on the package selected.
Our team can accommodate any group size, ranging from 1 to 1,000 or more. Our corporate packages provide group pricing for as few as 3 people. Our scheduling team will work with your company to plan the session day(s) and ensure all employees receive their headshots with minimal disruption to their productivity.

Our team can provide you with any color or textured background. If we don’t have it or can’t get it, we will add it during the retouch phase. Note: It is typical for the event coordinator or lead contact at your company to select the style of the photos in advance. This often locks in a background color(s) for the session. However, we typically use a light gray neutral background that works well with most clothing colors and skin tones, and won’t clash with your marketing materials. Additionally, we can usually find a place to shoot at your location for environmental backgrounds.
For our on-location shoots, we strive to make the experience stress-free and enjoyable. We can set up our mobile headshot studio inside your office, take environmental shots around your workspace, or shoot at an outdoor location of your choice. Our team will provide a schedule with specified call-times for each individual, ensuring an efficient and hassle-free session. Please note that for shoots inside an office, our team will require a 10′ x 10′ area for the mobile studio setup.
